How are we going to pull off the surprise?
Autumn thinks we are returning to Ashley and Madison's wedding venue for anniversary photos, but it's actually going to be the best surprise party ever!
In order to pull it off, we need all guests to arrive at the venue no later than 2:45pm. When you arrive, you will be directed down to the Old Lodge, where you'll wait for Autumn's arrival at 3pm! If you cannot be there by 2:45pm or are running late, please wait in your car until about 3:15pm so Autumn doesn't accidentally see you!

What time should I arrive to be apart of the surprise?
Can I bring my kids?
Please arrive at the venue no later than 2:45pm. This allows time for everyone to be hiding in the lodge before Autumn arrives at 3pm. If you won't be there by 2:45pm, please wait to head onto the property until 3:15pm so the surprise isn't ruined!
Is there a dress code?
Yes please! We are happily able to accommodate children at the party.
Can I bring my pets?
Venue policy states that no pets are allowed, except for service animals with proper documentation. No exceptions.
Can I smoke on the property?
No specific dress code, but the party them is Garden Party! If you can, dress in florals, pastels, bright colors, etc. but whatever is comfortable for you!
Will there be alcohol?
Yes, but – no hard alcohol is allowed at the venue, 12% ABV and below. We will be serving some drinks, but feel free to BYOB as long as it is 12% ABV or less. If you have questions beyond this, please reach out.
What is the venue policy on weapons, guns, illegal drugs, fireworks, etc?
Venue policy states NO illegal drugs, firearms, weapons, explosives, or fireworks. If you are found in possession of ANY of these things while at the venue, you will be asked to leave. No exceptions.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises. If necessary, please smoke across the street and dispose of butts responsibly.

Let's Send Autumn on an Alaskan Cruise!
In lieu of physical gifts, if you wish to bring a gift to the party, we ask that you contribute to the gift of sending Autumn on an Alaskan cruise! Bob and Autumn met in Alaska (they're 25th wedding anniversary is in October!) and they've always wanted to take a trip back up together.
If you feel inclined to bring a gift, we would love if you gifted to our Alaskan Cruise fund! No gifts are necessary, but Emily and Ashley would love the opportunity to send their parents on the trip they've always dreamed of!
